ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Manage and oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover)
- Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility infrastructur
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS)

WYMAGANIA:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
